We are here! We've nothing to hide We are here! We've nothing to fear from you So get out of our way because we're coming through We have followed the yellow brick road We have acknowledged you've taken quite a load It was within our power to grant that unto you And it's within our power to take that from you, too *The Bank of Canada was established in 1938 as a crown corporation to help Canada escape the debt from the Great War and the Great Depression. It empowered Canadians to create an era of social prosperity that made Canada a global inspiration. In 1974, making his worst mistake as Prime Minister, Pierre Elliot Trudeau sold out the country to the private banks. The seasons don't feel like seasons to me And I think we all know that oil & coal have taken their toll So come on, Steve, why not sustainability? You could be a hero, not another Nero Did you know that the world It can be run on 8 minutes of sun? Your reason, it sounds like treason to me And I think we all know that your the one who stole the show So, come one, Steve, what's wrong with solar subsidy? You could be a leader, not a public deceiver Like you've been up to now Did you know that the world It can be run on 8 minutes of sun? Don't you know what I'm talking about? I think you do without a doubt But your not listening, man Because you've got your Economic Action Plan™ Woo Remove the muzzle We can solve the puzzle Remove the muzzle

Wake Up! 03:56
They say that they stand on guard for thee, protecting you from fear But the methods they use, untimely, precise, are anything but just or clear But they come for your money, and they come for you houses And they come for your thoughts, and your knowledge And they come all at once, all that hoarding by night And by dawn you are regarded as sheep, asleep, as sheep, asleep... Wake up! They came at night when you were asleep, probably having a dream Of a place where you and your children alike could live happily But they come for your money, and they come for you houses And they come for your thoughts, and your knowledge And they come all at once, all that hoarding by night And by dawn you are regarded as sheep, asleep, as sheep, asleep... Wake up! And see for yourself Wake up and make a difference Wake up and make a difference Wake up and make a difference We're not slaves, we're free thinkers We're modern people in modern times We don't have their guns & weapons But we have our fucking minds So use them, use them Put yourself to use and use them Use your heads, teach your children Don't confuse them, don't abuse them with lies Wake up!

You may not know me, but I know about you I see your skin colour is red, white, and blue Now, let's address the elephant in the room Crude mister oil man, you sure love to consume You take it all You take the money, yeah, you take the gold Go buy an island where you can grow old No, I ain't lyin' but this sure ain't no smile You're fuckin' lucky just to leave here alive Now, go get on You're no democracy, no, you're an army and you have no intention of disarming You're no democracy, no, you're an army and you have no intention of disarming

To An End 04:20
Take the law into your hands today The government has gone corrupt Bought by corporation pay Who are we going to bail out today? The folks you know? Perhaps the banks? Or, the companies who fill our tanks? I find it hard to stand up with pride When all we have to lean upon are lies, lies, lies... It's time to raise our voice and let them know The lies and the contempt, they have to go And we're so tired of this old puppet show Your reign's come to an end Your reign's come to an end I find it fairly obvious to see Less than 25% does not equal majority Do you stand behind election fraud? The in and out, the robocalls, the dishonesty of it all? The time has come for this pro rogue to go To pack up his ol' dog and pony show and hit the road It's time to raise our voice and let them know The lies and the contempt, they have to go And we're so tired of this old puppet show Your reign's come to an end Your reign's come to an end 30 billion dollar fighter jets Retirees struggle with their student debt With a little help from our friends We can bring this bully's reign to an end To An End To An End To An End To An End To An End To An End To An End Your reign's come to an end

about

Public Service Announcement is a collection of peaceful protest songs created over the last 3 years by a concerned Canadian citizen.

"Public Service Announcement" was written for this release and is about the constitutional court case filed by the Committee on Monetary & Economic Reform (COMER) vs. The Bank of Canada which has been going on since 2011, though largely ignored by Canadian mainstream media. This case aims to restore the power of the Bank of Canada, removing the usurious private banks from our national money supply, a parasitic problem that has cost Canadians almost $2 trillion dollars of taxpayer money paid in compounded interest to private banks on a debt less than one quarter that size. It is Canada’s single largest national expense, larger than national defence and healthcare. It is the single most important court case in the history of Canada, and should be the single most important election issue on every Canadian’s lips. Sadly, few are aware of its existence. Learn about COMER at comer.org

"8 Minutes of Sun" was written in honour of British Columbia’s Defend Our Coast national day of action that took place on October 22, 2012 as a protest against proposed tanker traffic that would ship unrefined bitumen transported to the west coast via pipelines through pristine wilderness to Asian markets. The song questions the viability of billion dollar Big Oil subsidies, instead of sustainable solar power. It takes 8 minutes for sunlight to travel to earth, with enough energy hitting the earth’s surface in less than 1 hour to power the entire energy needs of the globe for one year. The solar power industry is a growth industry employing more Canadians than the shrinking, antiquated oil industry.

"Wake Up!" was written for this release as a call to the 61.2% of the current Canadian population under 30 who did not vote in the last federal election, which in conjunction with widespread election fraud, allowed for a corporate coup of our country by the Canadian Conservative Reform Alliance Party and their financial backers. It examines the encroaching corporate police state and the massive transfer of wealth that has occurred at the hands of the Harper government, further exacerbating wealth inequality, eroding the middle class, dismantling Canada’s social programs, and polluting our environment. Voter apathy is a key target for the Republican-styled Conservative brand. Our population needs to wake up to the theft of rights and capital that has been transpiring around them and demand action.

"Crime Minister" was the first song released by Kanada Day on Canada Day in 2012 calling out Stephen Harper for his host of unconscionable democratic subversions, corporate profiteering, election fraud, and US Republican-styled election tactics that lead to his illegitimate rise to power. An animated music video was created for this track over the course of 8 months and released in 2013. It now has over 15,000 views to date from social media shares amongst the #cdnpoli crowd. It also resulted in an audit from the Canadian Revenue Agency, so you know it hit the mark! Watch it here: youtu.be/s77VJ3BaXxk

"To An End" was released on Canada Day 2014 celebrating our last year with the election fraud enabled Conservative “majority” of Crime Minister Stephen Harper, voted in by less than 25% of the population of Canada thanks to our undemocratic First Past The Post™ electoral system. It examines the Big Bank bail outs, the $30 billion F35 fiasco, the rising costs of tuition, debt slavery, billion dollar Big Oil subsidies, contempt of parliament, subversion of democracy, election fraud, and the endless sea of propaganda, spin, and lies that has defined the Harper government. Stephen Harper’s last day as a Canadian politician is October 19th, 2015, the date of our 42nd federal election when Canadians collectively vote him out of office. I made this video to encourage voter awareness: youtu.be/XDkbvMnbSXc

All songs were written, performed, recorded, mixed, and mastered by me, with the exception of a friend who could hit the high notes I could not on "To An End". I did this in my spare time to help raise awareness amongst the masses asleep at the wheel, too busy to bother with politics, or too cynical to think that their vote makes a difference. The truth is, each vote counts, and together, we can make a difference.

It is time to stop agreeing with what you do not agree with. It is time to raise your voice. It is time to ask questions and demand answers. It is time to have conversations about a country that we envision, and accept nothing short of that result. It is time for us to shift our thoughts and feelings from helplessness to empowered. No fear. Only love for the future we desire for ourselves and our children, living sustainably with our environment. Together, we can create anything. There is no master. There is no slave. There is only co-operation. We are all sovereign beings of this planet. We are all equal, regardless of skin colour or sex or bank account balance. We are all free to make our own choices and do what we please. The first step to realize this new reality is to vote out the Conservatives on October 19th, 2015, together.

Peace & Love,
